Are you feeling stuck—stuck in cycles of pain—whether emotional, physical, or relational? I work with women ages 18 to 70 who are navigating trauma, chronic pain, or relational struggles. By uncovering the fears, limiting beliefs, and false narratives that play on repeat, I walk with you thru healing and help you rediscover your true identity and worth. My work with women who have experienced sexual assault who are carrying the invisible wounds of trauma—includes female Veterans. You may be asking yourself, questions like “Can I trust anyone?” or "Will life ever feel normal again?” You don’t have to stay in survival mode. I'm master trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and EMDR, two powerful brain-based therapies that help resolve trauma and emotional pain efficiently and effectively. I also offer a space for clients who want to incorporate their Christian faith and values into the counseling process. Healing is possible, and I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you discover the freedom, clarity, and the identity you were meant to live in. I am also a provider for Texas Crimes Victim Compensation Program and Veterans who have experienced Military Sexual Trauma. Please reach out for more information about resources for payment. Offering intensives as a way to move through therapy quicker. For example, you could do 2 months of therapy in one day. These sessions are cash pay as insurance companies don't cover intensives.
